missing itemspoor room service
the room service was not great i thought the food delivered to my room lacked effort it missed many items that were listed on the menu. i had to contact room service about the missing items i then realised more was missing after that. management provided us breakfast at no charge. buffet breakfast was included in the price of my room but i felt sick so i chose in room service.
